Our Approach
At ensō workplace wellbeing, we promote transparency from the point of initial contact, right through to the completion of our work.
When clients first initiate contact with us, we complete a 30 minute discovery call. We then utilise a variety of assessment tools to explore and understand the unique presenting challenges and strengths.
We collaborate with our client to formulate a wellbeing strategy that is specific to the unique needs of their organisation. Then, we implement the strategy.
Lastly, we work with organisations to evaluate the interventions and provide future recommendations to promote the sustainability of positive wellbeing outcomes.
Each step in our five-step progress pathway is conducted by our Melbourne clinical psychologists and is aligned with one of our five core values.
The Progress Pathway
Five steps to workplace wellbeing
Phase One: Initiate
Value - Curiosity
In the initiate phase, the journey starts with a 30 minute discovery call to discuss the unique needs of a potential client. Our team of expert wellbeing psychologists will listen actively and non-judgementally and ask thoughtful questions. This allows us to develop a shared understanding of what might be required on an individual, team, and organisational level.
Schedule your discovery call with us now.
Clients can expect:
30 minute discovery call with our wellbeing psychologists
Follow-up email to summarise the discussion and outline the next steps
Phase Two: Explore
Value - Honesty
We utilise a variety of assessment methods to explore and understand the presenting issue(s) and strengths that are specific to the organisational context. Our wellbeing psychologists take a transparent approach, conducting a thorough and honest assessment. This enables us to offer tailored solutions, build trust and establish a strong foundation for a successful partnership.
Clients can expect:
Provision of a variety of assessment tools (questionnaires, meetings, interviews, focus groups, review of policy documentation)
Email communication clearly outlining the timeline of each assessment tool and necessary action
Phase Three: Formulate
Value - Collaboration
Our team will analyse and integrate the information collected to formulate an evidence-based wellbeing strategy.
By working together, we empower leaders and managers to successfully promote and implement the wellbeing interventions that have been uniquely designed for their team or organisation.
Clients can expect:
A summary report of data gathered during the exploration phase
A meeting with our expert wellbeing psychologists to discuss the findings of exploration phase and to collaborate on the tailored intervention plan
A written plan summarising the wellbeing intervention plan
A timeline and any further quotations relating to the proposed interventions
Phase Four: Implement
Value - Connectedness
The implement phase is where we put the intervention strategy into practice. This may involve facilitation by our team, or strategies that can be independently delivered by leaders with the availability of ongoing consultation and support as appropriate.
We understand that successful implementation of any strategy requires strong relationships built on trust and communication.
In all of our service offerings, we aim to promote connection within teams to strengthen workplace relationships and enhance work engagement.
Clients can expect:
A timeline relating to the implementation of interventions
Attendance numbers as appropriate on completion of interventions
Post-intervention resources provided to session or workshop attendees
Please see our services page for more information about the different interventions offered during this phase
Phase Five: Evaluate
Value - Sustainability
Lastly, we work with our clients to evaluate the outcomes of the process, consider the learnings, hear their feedback, and provide future recommendations to support ongoing positive wellbeing outcomes.
Clients can expect:
A follow-up meeting with our wellbeing psychologists
Summary report providing a review of the outcomes and future recommendations
