We support leaders to develop, implement and review a workplace wellbeing strategy that is tailored and sustainable.
Stage 1: Initiate, explore, formulate (4-6 weeks)
We work with you to investigate the current wellbeing landscape, priorities and desired outcomes. We will then develop a plan using information gathered via a variety of assessment methods.
Stage 2: Implement, evaluate (4-6 weeks)
We will provide a summary of recommendations and support you to apply the suggested interventions at a team-based and individual level. Post completion, we will support you to review the impact of the strategy and consider future needs.

In line with the WHO recommendation related to improving manager mental health and wellbeing training, we offer coaching with our psychology consultants.
